What is popcorn fabric?
Popcorn fabric is a textured cloth with a raised, puckered surface that resembles popcorn — created through construction and finishing rather than print. The texture adds depth and a tactile, casual-premium feel while keeping the fabric breathable. "Popcorn" is a general textile texture; D BADAMI's Popcorn is our own signature shirting version of it.

We launched our Popcorn shirting in 2020 as a signature D BADAMI product — a design-led, textured men's shirting woven in-house in Mumbai. It sits alongside Milk Silk (our signature digital-print base, also launched 2020) in our textured and specialty range.
